Cookies Make Great Teacher Gifts!
Last year and this year we are giving my kid’s elementary teachers cute tins with cookies inside. They seem to appreciate the gesture and I don’t end up spending a ton of money. I hear the best thing to give teachers or what they say they want is gift cards. So, okay, knowing that, if you gave them a $5 gift card that would seem cheap, whereas if you give a $10 or $20 gift card to two or more teachers that could really add up! You really can’t win that way unless you have an unlimited cash supply. When we got this month’s Scholastic book order catalog, they had a gift certificate for teachers($4) to use to pick out a book for the class. I ordered two of those and at least the kids in my daughters’ classes can also benefit. Merry Christmas to all of you teachers out there! We really do appreciate what you do!
